Welcome to Sanyaku Carousel Kyushu 2022! We have our first yokozuna in the game, Pitinosato after he won the yusho! It is the last basho of the year, and I'm hoping we can go out with fireworks and some competitiveness with new players! Who will rise to the top of the rankings for the game?

Rules:

1. Choose who you think will be winner of the last five matches of each day
2. Your score for the day will be based on which wrestler wins the matches that you pick for the day
3. The player with the best cumulative score at the end of the basho will be declared the yusho winner
4. Match scores rotate for each day in a five day cycle based on the points assigned to the top 5 wrestlers, and with three rotations for the basho. For each rotation, the scoring will also multiply, with rotation two being worth 2x points, and rotation three being worth 3x points
5. Scoring is as below for each day and rotation
     - Day 1 --> Wrestler #1: 1 point, Wrestler #2: 2 points, Wrestler #3: 3 points, Wrestler #4: 4 points, Wrestler #5: 5 points
     - Day 2 --> Wrestler #1: 2 points, Wrestler #2: 3 points, Wrestler #3: 4 points, Wrestler #4: 5 points, Wrestler #5: 1 point
     - Day 3 --> Wrestler #1: 3 points, Wrestler #2: 4 points, Wrestler #3: 5 points, Wrestler #4: 1 point, Wrestler #5: 2 points
     - Day 4 --> Wrestler #1: 4 points, Wrestler #2: 5 points, Wrestler #3: 1 point, Wrestler #4: 2 points, Wrestler #5: 3 points
     - Day 5 --> Wrestler #1: 5 points, Wrestler #2: 1 point, Wrestler #3: 2 points, Wrestler #4: 3 points, Wrestler #5: 4 points
     - Day 6 --> Wrestler #1: 2 points, Wrestler #2: 4 points, Wrestler #3: 6 points, Wrestler #4: 8 points, Wrestler #5: 10 points

     - Day 14 --> Wrestler #1: 12 points, Wrestler #2: 15 points, Wrestler #3: 3 points, Wrestler #4: 6 points, Wrestler #5: 9 points
     - Day 15 --> Wrestler #1: 15 points, Wrestler #2: 3 points, Wrestler #3: 6 points, Wrestler #4: 9 points, Wrestler #5: 12 points
6. Bonus points are awarded if players correctly guess all five matches for the day. This bonus is equal to the max point match of the day depending on the rotation (5, 10, 15)
7. In addition to the five main choices, players will also be tasked with answering an alternate choice and the tiebreaker choice
8. In the event that one of the main choice questions has a kyujo, the matches under that particular main choice will move up in the carousel, and the alternate will fill the last spot open
9. Submissions will be conducted via Survey Monkey but entries by forum post, forum pm or email will be accepted
10. Submissions will be due by 4pm JST (11pm PST/2am EST) for the day. Late submissions will not be accepted
11. In the event that two or more of the top 5 wrestlers face each other, the next ranked wrestler(s) will be substituted into the carousel
12. In the event there are two kyujo matches in the top 5 matches, all match point values will move up to the higher kyujo match, while the lower match will be deemed 0. Players are still eligible for bonus points if they guess 4 of 4 correct
13. In the case of a tie score, we will go to the tiebreakers to determine the winner. The tiebreaker criteria will be listed below
14. Bonus points are not counted towards the tiebreaker
15. The maximum achievable score for this game is 450 points for mainscoring, with an additional 150 bonus points. Kekka will be determined based on the average combined scores of our players, with a win for every 30 points scored above the average

Tiebreakers:

1. Most correct tiebreaker questions guessed correctly
2. Most correct match scores in the following order
     a. 15 point matches
     b. 10 point matches
     c. 5 point matches
3. Most correct musubi no ichiban guesses
4. Most correct guesses vs yokozuna (no criteria for rank, yokozuna vs yokozuna do not count)
5. Most correct guesses vs ozeki (no criteria for rank, yokozuna vs ozeki and ozeki vs ozeki do not count)
6. Most days with 4 matches guessed correctly
7. Most days with 3 matches guessed correctly
8. Most earliest submissions

Shodai and Wakatakakage being chameleons, both winning on day 2 after losing on day 1. Flohru and Fujisan both remain in the lead
