Though a rotational brain injury is still a form of concussion is it not? A boxer being KO'd with a hook rather than a straight is still concussed. 

Sounds like a terrible combination of concussion and what in amateur wrestling is called a stinger - a nerve injury causing pain, burning, and weakness down the neck and arm caused by the nerve being pinched when the head is twisted or pushed sideways with force.
