Flohru Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 1-5 Pandaazuma (two years of mediocrity (in Panda terms) are enough: the GOAT should be back at the top in 2022) 6-10 Andoreasu (four top ten finishes in a row make him the logical choice in this bracket) 11-20 Norizo (both he and Susanoo are safe bets, but 2, 4, 1 between 2018 and 2020 are too impressive to ignore) 21-40 ScreechingOwl (what is he doing in this bracket?) 41-80 Asashosakari (seems like yesterday that he was in the top tier) 81-120 Gurowake (not sure how many games he plays, but even one might be enough if he continues like that!) 121-200 Mmikasazuma (at least two brackets too low) 201+ Itachi (picking himself should be proof that he is motivated enough, which is the most important thing in the lowest brackest)

Gurowake Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 I didn't realize that my pre-deadline Yusho in GTB would spark such optimism such that I'd get chosen despite only playing GTB among SB games these days. But as someone pointed out, 15 is more than anyone in that group got last year, so if you didn't have a sense for someone to recover, I guess it makes sense.

What could motivate you to play more SB games just for this year? Just name it !

Sumo Spiffy Posted September 8, 2022 Posted September 8, 2022 Cool. Well, if it helps, I'm only listed playing GTB, but I play several of these (all as Beeftank): Bench Sumo Chain Gang ISP RotoSumo Sumo Game Turn the Tide

That said it probaly could help @Randomitsuki for the superbanzuke rankings.

Well, if it helps, I'm only listed playing GTB, but I play several of these (all as Beeftank): Bench Sumo Chain Gang ISP RotoSumo Sumo Game Turn the Tide The Superbanzuke pages that you've accessed contain three larger stats parts: the first (SB Ranking) lists all players who are in the current Top 42 of the banzuke in any of the 19 participating games. On that page you currently have points for UDH as it is the only game where you are among the Top 42. The second stat (SB Masters) gives points to all players who finished among the Top 10 in the 19 Superbanzuke games. In the current edition of the SB Masters you are listed with 10 points because you were tied for 2nd place in GTB before Nagoya Basho. The third stat (Sumo Games World Championship) adds up all the points from the SB Masters over a calendar year. As your GTB result in Nagoya was your only Top 10 gaming performance in this year so far, you are also listed there with 10 points as well. 1
Sumo Spiffy Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 I wondered how you got all this info. It is as impressive as I am confused, which is to say, very.
