Old Sumo World issues purchase query

Hi all:

I'd like to deepen my sumou study and would like to buy old Sumo World issues. Have searched on ebay, but nothing.

Would anyone have old issues for sale? Or help me get them? Even a complete set of issues since the beginning of publication...

Hundreds of them in a shop over the river from the Kokugikan that Nishi told me about a few months ago.

Kind of shop that has a TV remote control as the most advanced technology they own so nothing online.

Will go back soon so can check out prices if you want?

Unfortunately, i cannot give you any specific leads, only a warning: whatever you do, *DO NOT* order them from Clyde Newton. at least not if you actually hope to receive what you paid for. (i made that mistake, and after three years i finally had to sic the prefectural consumer affairs office on him just to get my money back, so yes, i know what i'm talking about.) good luck in your search, though.

I asked this same question on the Sumo Mailing list last year Shiroikuma and got the sum total of Zero replies. It seems those who actually received them want to hang onto them...tightly
