for carrying about 0.1.g cannabis liquid, in a car stopped on a street in Shinjuku, in mid May. The police questioned him (as a usual suspect) and found it in his pocket.

And like the others recently, a decision of non-indictment (fukiso) for Wakakirin, without telling the reason, just "Considering positive and negative evidence, we made it  fukiso" o

- sumo immunises against prosecution again, like in the quite distant past

Not re: this specific case, but:

Is it really "sumo", or more like other "stuff" with ties to it?
