Karasukurai Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Mad as a box of frogs. Great! Love it. 1
Konosato Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I loved the yeah when I left, sixties spirit 1
Shinobi Steve Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 The timing with the “I” from Ichinojo was absolutely masterful. Bravo!
Jakusotsu Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 How many takes did it take? No, please, don't tell, because you'd either be lying or I'd be even more awestruck.

Wakatakakage screwed me the first time and Endou the second.. 1

Which leaves me even more than more awestruck, because I suck badly at karaoke. Reading and singing simultaneously is rocket science to me, but then again, the only instrument I can play without accidents is the radio... 1
Ichimawashi Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 I listened to the first and watched the second and I suspect we are fans of the same software.

Not this time. YouTube has a plethora of free playbacks. I just searched for "Jingle Bells jazz playback" , downloaded the audio, hit play, and sang live into my phone camera, with the playback in the background.. Took me a few minutes to adjust the balance of volume between the two and that was it.

Jakusotsu Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Returning to the original topic which prompted this new gem, there's one vital question about the lyrics on your screen: Kanji or Romaji?

Romaji. I can't write Kanji, I can only read. Strange but true. I mean I can write the easy ones but shikona? No way. 1
Jakusotsu Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Well, you don't exactly *write* on your screen, do you?
hakutorizakura Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Woah! This is gold (balls)!! Can I react twice please? No? When I saw your post in the basho thread I knew I was on to something awesome. Totally not disappointed.

The first one sounded like an early version of BIAB where everything was MIDI and the latest one sounded like a more recent version where it is mostly audio tracks stitched together to make the accompanying track. Anyhow, very well done!

hakutorizakura Posted December 25, 2021 Posted December 25, 2021 No 2021 edition, so I thought I'd revisit this masterpiece 1
