Visiting Tokyo, but not during a Basho where can I buy Sumo stuff?

Hey all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find it my searches. I'll be visiting Tokyo in Feb., where are the best stores to find Sumo merchandise during this time? I'm interested in pretty much anything like you would find during the Basho inside the stadium.

If you could be somewhat specific, that would help me with locating it on Google maps. :)

Also, I'm guessing there are no stable tours/visits that would be appropriate for an 9y girl to visit?

Thanks so much in advance!

At the kokugikan there is one souvenir shop that opens in between basho (not the whole time though).

The separate souvenir shop in/at the kokugikan (with extra entrance) is open again

10L size underwear (Konishiki had that size, Orora now) in the Lion-do shop with goods especially for rikishi

There are also shops near the kokugikan like Lion-do, shown again during the basho later in this program:

Yesterday a nice Ryogoku special was aired - a tour in the vicinity of the kokugikan with Mainoumi http://www4.nhk.or.jp/goto-chi/x/2018-09-18/21/25363/1187147/

This NHK series is only available on MiomioTV, ForJoyTV has now lost all channels and is virtually dead - downloaded VODs can still be viewed with the app and registration still works for that.

Fortunately, MioMio now can be downloaded smoothly with youtube-dl - it used to take days to start a connection.

If you have a fixed address in advance or stay long enough, you could also order from the kokugikan shop website (and other sites) and have things sent there http://shop.kokugikan.jp/

Thanks so much!

I'll be staying at an Airbnb so I'm not sure if I would be able to receive anything. Are there any options to have things delivered to a conbini or something?
