Jakusotsu Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Won't be surprised with anything between Okinoumi and Arawashi, but I'll go with: Day 15 - Tamawashi

kuroimori Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Let's get this s#*t over with! Ok, it should be one of the washi guys, but the last week has been quite wishy-washy, it will most likely be Arawashi, but I am still going with D15 - Tamawashi And can we please rename this game into something like "Crazy Torikumi Roulette" or "Because the Kyokai can!"

PhorCillic Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Thank you too. Looks like it's my first GKA basho with an award, too. I can't contain my happiness. 1
Sakura Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Wait, did I do well enough to get an award with 9 other people That was fun and tough. I made a mistake not picking Harumafuji when I knew it would be him. And I chose Takanoiwa as a gamble over Ikioi. I can't feel bad about not getting the other guesses though. In the second half I spent ages each day staring at the W-L matrix trying to work out what they would do with Ishiura and how that would affect everyone else. 1

Jejima Posted November 27, 2016 Author Posted November 27, 2016 New banzuke for January 2017 Jakusotsu (Y1E 7-8) Y1 Kuroimori (Y1W 5-10) Gurowake (O1E 6-9) O1 Andonishiki (O1W Kosho) Ryoshishokunin (S1E 6-9) S1 Gernobono (K1W 8-7) Jejima (K2E 6-9) K1 PhorCillic (M3W 8-7) orandashoho (M1E 6-8-1) K2 Tenshinhan (M1W 6-9) M1 chishafuwaku (S1W 5-10) McBugger (K1E 5-10) M2 Profomisakari (M2E 4-11) shimodahito (M3E Kosho) M3 The Kyokai (M4E 4-11)Harry (mz 7-8) M4 Sakura (mz 6-9) Banzuke-gaiKaiomitsuki (M2W 0-0-15) Comments: Yokozuna Jakusotsu once again did not display Ozeki Quality Bench Sumo, although it is noted that he was challenging for the Yusho right up until the last day, and this is to be commended as a positive step, as he looks to regain his yusho winning ways. Shin-Yokozuna Kuroimori went MK in his first basho at the top rank. As it is his first basho at the top rank, it will not be considered too harshly (this time). Gernobono will be considered from promotion to Ozeki, if he wins the yusho again in January 2017.
