I guess you mean that? Shōjō narabi ni kin’ippū ga juyo saremashita. Roughly “honorable certificate and gift of money has been awarded”.

Ahh Jaysus, yes! I'd been hearing "jiyo saremashita" all along and couldn't make head or tail of it. Thank you very much indeed.

They're essentially the same. It's the NHK's digest version which was bought by Eurosport in days of yore.
