Well, Ichinojo has his own unique giant-baby-like quality about him which is quite endearing. Never met him in person, though. Might be totally wrong :-D

It's funny how they have all the Endou stuff, it must be embarrassing haha. They have some with different top knots and they had one from before he could do his hair properly. Have to get all the stages of Endou fandom.
