For some reason the Day 8 video has gone private. I missed that day while flying back to Kentucky from Japan. Mainly just curious to see the subbed explanation as to where Oosunarashi went (what his injury was). I just noticed today that he wasn't fighting. Shame on me.

Thank you for your efforts. Aside from the struggle to do the editing, which I'm totally ignorant about, you added to the visuals your insight and wit; a great enhancement to the experience.

Misplaced post from another thread....

Harumafuji seemed quicker off the mark than Hakuho to me. And then when he was close to the edge (at 12:58 in the video), he slipped between Hakuho's left arm and body to reverse their positions. That was classic move, so quick again.

These last 2-3 matches Hakuho has seemed... I don't know... a little slow to me. Disengaged maybe? Is he hurt? (aside from flexing his arm around after the Hakuho Harumafuji match)

Harumafuji propelling himself off the tawara and shooting down low to get nice and deep into Hakuho's mawashi was one of the coolest moments I've seen in a while. Yokozuna sumo to the fullest extent, and with the added storyline of Harumafuji beating Hakuho to ensure his stablemate's yusho and ozeki promotion only makes it more amazing.

Harumafuji's leap forward, after many in the house, probably including Hakuho, must have thought he was on the way out, was a fitting image to end a most entertaining and hard-fought basho.

Kintamayama, as always a heartfelt "thank you" for the joy and entertainment of the past two weeks.

During basho time, checking your videos is typically the third thing I do in the day, after getting up and making coffee.
