The cynic in me is bemused at the thought of Miyagino trading favours with the government for this to happen, with the hopes Isegahama gives his stable back as a result

after 4 years there was an oyakata golf tournament again today in Toyota, Aichi, together with tamarikai members - the big NSK sponsors in the best seats. 17 oyakata took part, Nagoya chief Dewanoumi among them - he finished 9th in the NSK part, which was won by his younger brother Nakadachi (Oginishiki), 4th yusho in a row.

Nakadachi won the Nagoya PR golf tournament again this year. Hakkaku was 3rd.

This year Nakadachi's streak ended, he finished 2nd. First time participant Nakamura won the pre-Nagoya tamarikai oyakata golf tournament, also first timer Otowayama was 3rd.
