He has beaten the first 2 volunteers, and will now face the 1st of the 3 VIP, the judoka, Hiroshi Izumi.

Best pre-bout ritual, bout and post-bout shoot off goes to the masked pro-wrestler who got unmasked by Asashoryu in the middle of their bout.

In short, Asashouryuu won it by beating all 8 opponents, including Sapp and ex-Ozeki  disgraced Kotomitsuki in what looked like quite an emotional aftermath for him.

I saw a 15 min video posted on Facebook.  It was a digest type of all the matches with only the matches (and a few replays).  I would love link it here but I'm a compu-idiot.  The originator was "Hula-Mongolia"  if any of you would like to take a shot.

This page is what we can use as a try for the broadcasts of all basho this year - it now says that still 27 days are left for free delayed watching

Trying to play it with a Japanese proxy set for the browser, I get a "Could not load the manifest file" error, asking for CORS support to be enabled

and a proper playlist, but the server denies access - though not to youtube-dl, but to the ffmpeg that it calls, with proxy and referer option set, like this

Should be possible to somehow actually download the streams, but this is as far as I can get for the moment

Edit: Can be watched with Firefox Dev. ED and proxy set (again SSL seems to be enough, but it gets checked all the time), but only a few seconds at a time - no quality settings for the PC, though in the playlist from 180p to 1080p

Edit2: the playlist itself can be downloaded, and used as a batch to download all .ts chunks of the video: 10 files for 1 min. - and after about 10 files the download freezes. None of them shows anything in VLC though, and I don't know yet how to make them into a proper video - invalid input data

Is this a correct translation? Not trying to get into a religious  debate here but is Khan seen as a religious figure?

It is a viable translation - I would use shinkou only for belief and faith - and while it is mostly religious, it doesn't have to be - in Japan he would be revered as a god, just like Ieyasu - the Shogun.
