Nabuko Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Hakuho has called audience for observing minute of science during NHK interview. Why and for whom?
yorikiried by fate Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 (edited) Big thanks to all video contributers. I just managed to watch the final day. Especially loved the Wakanosato-Jokoryu bout: veteraniest of veterans against upstartiest of upstarts. And then the old man showed where he's coming from and basically ate the boy's liver. Awesome. The_Arrow87 Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 (edited) Once again thanks to all those who uploaded the videos and those who filled in the missing ones. I'm always excited to see all the Makushita and Sandanme bouts (apart from the sekitori bouts of course). And welcome back Kintamayama of course! Great video with all the playoff bouts. Bugman Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Thank you very much, i really appreciate the videos too.
Kintamayama Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 Thanks for thanking me. Pathetically, during the whole period I was partying in the US all I could think about was my not doing the videos.. 2
Kintamayama Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 Hakuho has called audience for observing minute of science during NHK interview. Why and for whom? Einstein? 1
Nabuko Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Hakuho has called audience for observing minute of science during NHK interview. Why and for whom? Einstein? To Taiho. My Japanese is so bad that I couldn't understand. Hakuho asked the crowd at Bodymaker Colosseum to observe a moment of silence for Taiho, the most successful yokozuna in sumo who passed away in January. “I would like to ask everyone, just for a minute, to pay our respects to Taiho — a great man,” Hakuho said.
Borislav Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Thank you to Araibira, too, for the great effort. This basho I started following juryo, and started to like a lot Araibira's playlists. Quite handy. 1
Naganoyama Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 He was impressive enough fighting one bout per day, but like this, whoah, he's a monster! 2
Benevolance Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 I agree. Seeing his wins all in one go like this, he looks unstoppable!
