As some of you may have noticed, Sumo Game's results page is wrong as they have Tochiozan down as a winner.  I've told the lad who runs the game so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Some players complain that the Juryo game does not include Yago as Juryo hope.
I've tried to figure out who is it all. I found the following names:

Kitakachiyama  Asanomeshi       Chosu-Yuki  Itachi                    Susanoo
Kasamatsuri      Pitinosato           Konosato     Gibuten                Kitanoyama
Kishikaisei         Chishafuwaku   Flohru          Ganzohnesushi    Haiduozo
Nantonoyama    Kotononami        Neko             Screeching owl   Profomisakari
Terarno             Andonishiki        Kuroimori     Kuroimori             Gaijingai
Nomadwolf        Mukanibaru        Hironoumi    Achiyama             Jejima
Chisayama

It is possible, that this list is not quite correct.
Perhaps somebody can check it.

But all these players have to get at the end additionally at the end Yago's points.
Until today is Yago's record  4  :  0.

I don't know, who is the person to find the bug in the game site.
The creator was at this time our friend Bob Reimer (Kofuji).
But he can not help us anymore. He left us.

The problem is solved.
Who as ever it made - Thank you!!

Yago has today with his 7th win the Makushita Yusho made sure an is the best possible Juryo hope.
In the today's listing the 4 best have him.

In Toto today, ScreechingOwl and Takashidodo were on different sides of the win line with the same score AND the same risk score.  Is it decided alphabetically??  Never seen that before!

Edit: Obviously not, as Chankoyama has the same score too, just below!

Amazing!

Eeek! The tiebreaker is meant to be banzuke rank (preference to lower-ranked players). Absent that, the automation defaults to sorting players by their registration date / player ID (629, 713 and 733 in this case).

@Doitsuyama - can the ranks be loaded into the database and the days so far rescored, please?

Edit: The one spot on the winner's side should be going to Takashidodo.

Sorry for that, the Banzuke is now loaded and day 13 rescored. The other days didn't have such ties going to banzuke rank.

Not sure if this is a problem or is going to be but just a head up for everyone to keep an eye out as the basho progresses.  When I was entering Roto Sumo today, I had entered all my choices and double checked that there was a tick in each section. I clicked SUBMIT and it popped me to the top of the page and displayed a message box saying that I had to select a rikishi in each group.  Not only that but it cleared all of the selections I had made.

Once again I made my selections and hit submit, once again it popped me up to the top of the page with the same message only this time it left my selections intact.  I double checked and there was one in each group.  I did notice that I had made Yago my selection in the last Juryo group (10-14) and I wondered if that could be  the problem given the situation with him in Nagoya's Juryo Game, so I changed him to Osunaarashi and clicked submit and confirm and it took.

I then clicked the Entry button again and changed it back to Yago and submitted and confirmed and that time it apparently took.  Hopefully it was just a communications glitch between my pc and the server the first time since it did take the second, actually third, time around but I thought I would bring it up so if problems do arise with the daily scoring of Roto Sumo this could be a starting point for chasing the problem down.

Attention Doitsuyama!

Hi!

Please add McBugger to the Bench Sumo database.  We met in London a couple of months ago, and despite that, he would like to join Bench Sumo - and is considering joining the Sumo Forum Ichimon, if deemed to be hairy enough.

Profomisakari seems amazingly well prepared for Juryo Games. He already scored his first point! ;-)

Yes, I spoke with Tokushoryu.
He told me, he will have a loss on day 15, but I forgot against whom! :-P
This bug with the weak Maegashira has the game since long time ago.

Golynohana's site has failed to load the juryo torikumi once again.  Quad players can still use the banzuke entry screen to pick juryo rikishi.

Chain Gang selection doesn't seem to be up for me.

Chain, SekiToto, and ISP (and I assume other daily games) are not accepting entries yet. This is normal. Try again in a few hours  :-)

Not game bugs, just missing pieces. Does anyone have info on when the Aki Super Banzuke and the Sekitori Toto (regular) banzuke will be published? (always acknowledging real life gets in the way)

I am getting 'Bench Sumo entries for Day 15 are now closed' when I try to make my Day 1 entry.  Anybody else having that problem?

Bench is now the only game with a problem (OK, ISP is waiting for its bout to be selected but it can be entered).  The daily entry button is now available but it just goes to a 'server error in application' page.

Ah, I never noticed that before. Sorry!

That can't be the preferred method can it? I don't know the email of my gyoji.
