Asashosakari Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 I feel sorry for the anonymous IP.Board programmer who was responsible for the search function though.
charliki Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 (edited) I have some interest to Raomaru, sandamne 68e. Sumo Reference gives him a weight of 188 kg. But obviously, its weight is much less. I would like to know its real weight. Thanks (Happy goodbyes...) Edited November 21, 2012 by charliki

Speaking of Kyokai pages, does anyone have a list of rikishi profile page numbers they'd be willing to share? I had such a thing many years back but I can't seem to find it.

Swami Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 Slightly off-topic I know, but given the feast of information on the aforementioned site, it's worth asking - does anyone know of any decent sumo DVDs and where to get them (bearing in mind I'm in the UK)? Many thanks for any info. Swami

I can mail you my stamp collection too if you like? :-D Many thanks Kintamayama. (Sign of approval...) 1

Asashosakari Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 Back online, that wasn't so long :) Almost one hour! I barely made it through...
yorikiried by fate Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 BTW: There are various sites which help you check if there is a general problem with a certain address or if it's just you. Example.
Asashosakari Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 (edited) BTW: There are various sites which help you check if there is a general problem with a certain address or if it's just you. Example. I prefer the more descriptive URL of that site. That said, the server was actually up during the earlier outage, just the database seemed non-responsive. Swami Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Hi Whats wrong with SUMO DATABASE http://sumodb.sumogames.com/ Not working today at all, either by this link, or trying to access by Google first. Swami
yorikiried by fate Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Well, the link you quoted is not supposed to work in any case. But then again the ".de" address is also down. Fair's fair.

yorikiried by fate Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 (edited) I know you did. No problem. And the site is up again. Edited December 2, 2012 by yorikiried by fate 1
yorikiried by fate Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Maybe someone could write a script that checks the site's status, say, every ten minutes. Then have it connected to some red light-green light graphics thingy that Exil will be happy to somehow integrate to the forum overview. Saves trouble.
