Andonishiki Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I'm strongly support the inclusion of this amazing game into the SuperBanzuke !! The 'displeasing' situation of only 14 players on the banzuke can be elegantly solved by tripling the SB points to reach a necessary 42 players ;0) GO GKA ;-)
Jejima Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 (edited) It's about time that we made this official! Thanks to everyone for helping out whilst I was getting soaked in Nepal. :-) Congratulations to Asashosakari for back-to-back yushos. I guess he is well on his way to becoming a dai-Yokozuna (10 yushos ;-)). Asashosakari (8-7 (Yusho winner...)) Y1 Yaochoyama (Kosho) Andonishiki (7-8) S1 Jejima (5-10) Kuroimori (6-8-1) S2 Profomisakari (8-7) XiaoTan (4-11) K1 Jakusotsu (7-8) Oshirokita (7-8) M1 Holleshoryu (Kosho) Anjoboshi (0-0-15) M2 Shimodahito (2-13) Chisaiyama (3-12) M3 Kotoviki (3-8-4) KK line: 5-10 OQ line: 7-8 Yusho: Asashosakari Jun-Yusho: Profomisakari Shukun-sho: Asashosakari, Profomisakari, Oshirokita Kanto-sho: Andonishiki, Jakusotsu, Profomisakari Gino-sho: Asashosakari (Are the above correct? Jejima Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 Get your votes in quick for the September 2012 edition.... Choose from the following:- Miyogiryu, Aoiyama or Shohozan
Jakusotsu Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 (Are the above correct? We don't normally have so many multiple winners.... Do we?) Well, it was a strange basho...
Andonishiki Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 got enuff of Mr Myo... this time, I vote for SHOHOZAN
Asashosakari Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 (edited) Since we haven't had a sekiwake basho yet with the 6 ozeki alignment and the recent torikumi have been nutty enough that the previous sekiwake boredom is less likely than I anticipated, I'll vote for another Myogiryu game. Late edit: Completing the whole ballot if needed - 1 Myogiryu, 2 Shohozan, 3 Aoiyama. Edited September 2, 2012 by Asashosakari
Profomisakari Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 (edited) Myogiryu Profomisakari Edited September 2, 2012 by Profomisakari
kuroimori Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Aogizan, no wait: Myogiryu one more time please.
Chisaiyama Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 This is my fourth year spent mentoring my grandson, who has Aspberger's Syndrome, in his home schooling. We started home schooling him when he reached 7th grade and during that year and his 8th grade year we finished the day with plenty of time for me to still spend a reasonable amount of time on my sumo picks during bashos. He reached the freshman year of high school last year and I continued to try and work in my full sumo games schedule as well but it was a tight stretch and I didn't truly have the time needed to prepare for all of my games. The long and short of it is that this year as schools is once again getting underway and we have an even more full schedule than last year, I am going to have to trim my daily games down to a minimum and unfortunately this one is one I will have to forego. It is with regret that I must intai from G(K/M)A.

Jejima Posted September 5, 2012 Author Posted September 5, 2012 The vote is split - so I get the casting vote. Erm... Once more with Myogiryu!
