Jonosuke Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 A Subaru Canada TV ad. 2011 Subaru Forester
Kotoviki Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 (edited) But the first one was even better, does anyone remember this one? some boys at the heyas want to make a video like this washing my subaru in the summer.. they love this commercial! Edited February 21, 2011 by Kotoviki
Peterao Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 This just shows how much of sumo's potential is being wasted. It's a global brand that sells everywhere! If the Kyokai had the same management as Braddah Iz and his Wonderful World estate, they'd be rolling in the dough! Keep the fat guys in diapers and the pomade, but bring everything else into the twenty first century, and they'd all add another digit to their net worth.
Kotoviki Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 Fallout Good to know, nobody is getting on my Subaru Legacy for the amateur car wash commercial wannabe... except maybe Kongofuji or Mori.. other than that they are forbidden to get on the hood or roof! (I am not worthy...)
Harry Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 And from now on, only inside the car if appropriately attired (I am not worthy...)
Kotoviki Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 (edited) And from now on, only inside the car if appropriately attired :-D you mean no more Harumafuji in towel only? (Shaking head...) haha it is just cause you were having to sit in the same place the boys were sitting in towels only!!! (I am not worthy...) is mawashi appropriate attire in this case? Now come on, you have NO idea who Israel was, suggesting this. Watch his and you get an idea.(<-big fan for years)

I wasn't really talking about Israel, but Mountain Apple Records (Jon de Mello specifically) and how, posthumously, they built an empire around basically that one song. They're still doing so, as Wonderful World was the number one song in Germany for about nine weeks last year. Check out the book "Facing Future" by Dan Kois if you want to learn more about The Iz. Really great book! Edited February 23, 2011 by Peterao
Kintamayama Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Fallout Result I must say this mini-saga sounds like yaocho to me - a follow-up to the campaign all orchestrated by the ad firm..
Doitsuyama Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 One step further-enter Byamba Japanese? Did he change nationality? Or just one more journalist screw-up?
