Just shut me up if I'm overdoing it with the sansho updates, but it's not like I don't already live here in the games section...

Chisaiyama and Oshirokita are the first to reach a three-win streak this basho and become eligible for the shukun-sho. Should only one of them make it four in a row tomorrow, he's already guaranteed at least a share of the prize as only Jakusotsu could still pull even (with a Day 12-15 streak). If both fall it might become a big free-for-all again as of course everyone could still put together three straight wins on the final few days.

Jakusotsu also is the second one to grab a piece of the kanto-sho now, and the three aforementioned also added a point each to their gino-sho tallies:

Gino-sho:

5 Holleshoryu

4 Kameumi

3 Jakusotsu

2 Gernobono

2 Hidariashiyama

2 shimodahito

2 Sokkenaiyama

1 Chisaiyama

1 Oshirokita

I think day 13 will be either Hakuba or Aran..... but which one? I guess Aran is already out of the yusho race, so I'll go with Hakuba.

Finally settled in here to see how the yusho race pans out, as well as the far more dramatic GKA yusho race. And I see Asashosakari has kept everyone well informed on the special prizes status - thanks.

My now-puny GKA muscles will commence with serious keiko a week hence (Laughing...)

I got so taken up with making the day 14 Bench Sumo Makunouchi torikumi yesterday, that I forgot to update these results. I still need to make my day 14 pick too - but luckily I still have time to do all before the deadline...

On day 13, it will be coming out of retirement for one day only, Chiyonofuji! O3W Baruto. B'ah! I was sure he would be a shoo-in for day 14. Our two co-leaders are now Holleshoryu and Oshirokita. (Laughing...)

Oshirokita ran his winning streak to four days while both other winners of the previous day failed to keep up, so he's now guaranteed to be the sole winner of the shukun-sho. Congrats! What's the record for the longest winning streak, BTW? Hidariashiyama and Holleshoryu join the kanto-sho free-for-all with a win on Day 13, leaving only Kameumi in limbo. No change in the gino-sho race as Baruto was picked correctly by four players.

Alright, since I'm [irony]pretty sure[/irony] that Asasekiryu will get Tochinoshin on Senshuraku, it has to be
