Profomisakari Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Once more a shot into the stove!! ( a german idiom) Next days I've no net,, but I must vote! Let me post a row: Day 10 Hakuho Day 11 Tochinoshin Day 12 Baruto Day 13 Asasekiryu Day 14 Toyoynoshima Day 15 Hakuba Perhaps I can one day go to the net. Then I should change the last picks. It will be nice as kadoban ozeki next basho. Profomisakari.
Jakusotsu Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 They sure have fun messing with us. But there's no way it won't be... Day 10 - Hakuho
Oshirokita Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 They sure have fun messing with us. But there's no way it won't be...Day 10 - Hakuho I concur: Day 10 Hakuho
Jejima Posted May 16, 2010 Author Posted May 16, 2010 (edited) Thanks to Asashosakari for pinch-hitting ;-) On day 9, it'll be a fellow Sekiwake for our hero, when he meets S1W Aminishiki. Kameumi and Holleshoryu got this correct. (I am not worthy...) Holleshoryu moves into a commanding lead for the yusho! (Clapping wildly...) Yaochoyama (Y1E Kosho) Y1 O1 Profomisakari (O1W 1-8) Holleshoryu (S1E 3-6) S1 Jakusotsu (S1W 2-7) Jejima (S2E 1-8) S2 Maguroyama (S2W 1-8) Gernobono (S3E 2-7) S3 Kotoviki (K1E 1-8) K1 Oshirokita (K1W 1-8) XiaoTan (K2E 0-8-1) K2 Chisaiyama (K2W 0-8-1) Hidariashiyama (M1E 2-7) M1 shimodahito (M1W 2-7) Kameumi (M2E 2-6-1) M2 Kofuji (M2W 1-2-6) Sokkenaiyama (M3E 1-3-5) M3 Kisenosato's aites: 1. Jejima Posted May 16, 2010 Author Posted May 16, 2010 Yes, I'll take a ride on this band-waggon..... Hakuho for day 10 for me too.
Kotoviki Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 How frustrating!! 1-8 for me!! ;-) Day 10 Hakuho for me as well!
Chisaiyama Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 In the spirit of the 3 Musketeers I'll join in: Day 10: Hakuho
Jakusotsu Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Tough choice again. Let's go with Day 11 - Toyonoshima
XiaoTan Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Hmm with Ozeki matches in full swing - let's say Miyabiyama
Jejima Posted May 17, 2010 Author Posted May 17, 2010 (edited) On day 10, it'll be shiroboshis all round, as it could only be Hakuho (unless the torikumi makers had gone a bit more mental than usual). Holleshoryu mainatins his commanding lead, and so is invited to make an early pick. Yaochoyama (Y1E Kosho) Y1 O1 Profomisakari (O1W 2-8) Holleshoryu (S1E 4-6) S1 Jakusotsu (S1W 3-7) Jejima (S2E 2-8) S2 Maguroyama (S2W 2-8) Gernobono (S3E 3-7) S3 Kotoviki (K1E 2-8) K1 Oshirokita (K1W 2-8) XiaoTan (K2E 1-8-1) K2 Chisaiyama (K2W 1-8-1) Hidariashiyama (M1E 3-7) M1 shimodahito (M1W 3-7) Kameumi (M2E 3-6-1) M2 Kofuji (M2W 1-2-7) Sokkenaiyama (M3E 1-3-6) M3 Kisenosato's aites: 1. M3E Kakuryu, 2. O2E Kotomitsuki, 3. M4E Kitataiki, 4. O2W Kaio, 5. O1E Harumafuji, 6. K1W Tochiozan, 7. O1W Kotooshu, 8. K1E Kotoshogiku, 9. S1W Aminishiki, 10. Y1E Hakuho, Edited May 18, 2010 by Jejima
Asashosakari Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Sansho update for Day 10: It looks like there's going to be a 5-way sharing of the kanto-sho this basho. Today's all-around success locked in maximum losing streaks of four days for Hidariashiyama, Holleshoryu, Jakusotsu, Kameumi and shimodahito, and with only five days remaining each of them just needs one more win on any remaining day to ensure a part of the prize. Still nobody eligible for the shukun-sho, but Holleshoryu and Kameumi can get to 3 straight wins tomorrow. And the gino-sho standings look like this at the moment: 5 Holleshoryu 4 Kameumi 2 Gernobono 2 Hidariashiyama 2 Jakusotsu 2 shimodahito 2 Sokkenaiyama
Maguroyama Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 I'm going to pair Kise with my adopted rikishi, HAKUBA!
Kameumi Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Hate to do it. =/ But to me too it looks like Baruto for day 11. Tho its gonna be hard to win if I pick the same as Holleshoryu, today I most.
