I'm thinking you may be right about the Torikumi makers padding his record, look at the Goeido pick he has 3-1 lifetime edge on him. So with that thought in mind I say....

Just in case I have problems with Internet access, please take the following in order until they are picked for days 6 onwards (Please note, I picked Kotomistuki already for day 5).

Kaio

Kotomitsuki

Kotooshu

Asashoryu

Kyokutenho

Kotoshogiku

Kakuryu

Aran

Hopefully this won't be necessary (Ranting...)

Bad teriyaki, or simply crushed by your charms? (Ranting...)

Hopefully just too much beer and teppanyaki...

Sticking with Kaio is fine. This basho's torikumi making seems to be without much rhyme or reason!

Spilling the beans you know... Harry went from Jet Lag (Sleeping...) no sleep then on to (Singing drunk...) too many beers his first night out!!!

Harry, go to bed & recover!!!! Do you think you are going to sleep all the way to Nagoya while I drive?? I don't think so!!! (I am not worthy...)

hey, I got one right (even though I thought it quite likely Kotomitsuki would get the nod on Day 5 since he hasn't faced a sekiwake yet), even so:

Day 6 Kotooshu

The mini bandwagon for Kaio pays off with 9 of us picking up wins for Day 5. The eight players who were right both day 1 and day 5 get a 1 win lead and are invited to start the next bandwagon.

Naturally, I couldn't leave this un-automated after updating manually while filling in last basho, so I have a little spreadsheet that takes in the entries and spits out the results, so let me know if you see any anomalies.

They could throw in the odd Yokozuna, couldn't they?

I say Asashoryu on day 6.

Bah! I should have stuck with my horse.

I'll go with Miki again for day 6.

(Yes, I have just arrived in Nagoya - one minute after 6 pm, so not quite in time for the last bouts.)
