The answer to your query cropped up here in the banzuke.com thread that was started last basho. Yes, apprently the videos will be up but with around a 24 hour delay.

Yes, you missed reading the parallel thread that Sasanishiki pointed at. Day 1 won't be uploaded because rizarudo forgot to pay the subscription fee for TV Japan. But all is settled now, and the service will probably resume with day 2.

And if I'm not mistaken, rizarudo is a she.
