2. Romania- total yaocho, Holland doesn'twant to meet Italy or France in the next rounds again (dumb, stupid system), both want to advance, ergo Romania wins. Of course, a Romanian win will render the Italy-France game and its results totally moot. Excuse-"We let our top players rest, no need to endanger them needlessly.. Oops, we lost.. Darn".

Not without precedence, with the Eurovision-like brotherly love openly shown in the past by two Scandinavian teams that shall remain nameless and that resulted in a 2-2 draw that sent them both to the next round. I also seem to remember an Austria-Germany match in the past with the same pattern.

I'll gladly steak it, hoping I'm wrong, but we shall see..

The Netherlands surprised some by being 'gachinko', and surprised others when their 'B team' proved good enough to defeat Romania's 'A team'. I hope the Dutch haven't peaked too soon. Shame on the Romanian team, the Dutch were completely letting them win in the first half. The Romanians were about as potent as a limp noodle.
