NB: The result in regulation time. This seems very strange, but I heard on the BBC that there is a possibility of a penalty shoot-out at the end of 90 minutes after the final group matches to decide which teams progress to the quarter-finals, in the case of two or more teams being on level on points. I cannot imagine how this could possibly work, and I cannot find (admittedly after only 10 minutes of looking) anything on the Internet to explain this - but usually the BBC are quite reliable. Unless I dreamt it all.) Needless to say any penalty shoot-out that may (or may not occur) is to be ignored for the purposes of this game.
