Randomitsuki Posted May 22, 2007 Author Posted May 22, 2007 Standings after day 10: In first wave I currently have the upper hand by having the only picked rikishi with a positive record in the upper third of Makushita. After two surprising losses in a row for Tochinoshin Torideyama has regained the second place in virtual standings. In third place we would currently have Tamanaogijima. Lower down the rankings Susanoo and Konosato are the only players with an unblemished record. Rank Shikona Surfs Position Standing 1. Randomitsuki Kitataiki ms3e 3-2 2. Randomitsuki Posted May 27, 2007 Author Posted May 27, 2007 (edited) Final standings Natsu Basho: Here are the final records of your surfboards. As usual, I sorted them by estimated positions on the Nagoya Banzuke, something that has to be taken with a grain of salt. In First Wave, I have a good lead over the rest of the field. A 5-2 from ms3 usually is enough for Juryo promotion, but after last basho I am extremely cautious in forecasting such a thing. Doitsuyama and the Robby Naish of this game (Golynohana who is among the top 3 in all waves) are on second and third place right now. Tamanaogijima, Profomisakari, and Susanoo caught excellent waves in Makushita and Sandanme. A healthy third of players have made it to Makushita right now. Terarno Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 Wow, how bad do I suck at this wave ?? After 11 bashos and 14 picks (11 + 3 jokers), I'm about to go back in Jonokuchi... (Sign of approval...)
Jakusotsu Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 Wow, how bad do I suck at this wave ??After 11 bashos and 14 picks (11 + 3 jokers), I'm about to go back in Jonokuchi... (Sign of approval...) That's exactly the thing I love about this. No other game offers such a realistic virtual career as Banzuke Surfing. My other self has been hitting the wall rather quickly and is still looking forward to climb it.
Torideyama Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 Wow, how bad do I suck at this wave ??After 11 bashos and 14 picks (11 + 3 jokers), I'm about to go back in Jonokuchi... (I am not worthy...) That's exactly the thing I love about this. No other game offers such a realistic virtual career as Banzuke Surfing. My other self has been hitting the wall rather quickly and is still looking forward to climb it. I was just thinking the same thing. Look at this wave. Two years ago, Oshirokita was at the top. Last year, I spent some time riding the top of all 3 waves. Oh, how the might have fallen. It only takes one or two missteps, and shazam, you are headed down the tubes. But, it sure is fun to play!
