Terarno Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 Amazing work, Golynohana. I thought those stats were lost for ever. Thanks a lot.
aderechelsea Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 i have to thank you for the nice entry form of Sekitori-Oracle. Obvious improvement since last time.
Takamueda Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 :-S The stats are back. Fantastic work by Golynohana. Is it possible to modify the colors a little bit? It's not easy to see if a rikishi is written in green or red (and I normally do not have problems seeing green and red). Or perhaps writing the winners in bold letters?
Golynohana Posted May 11, 2007 Author Posted May 11, 2007 hmm, I can see colors very clearly. I have no problems to distinguish between green and red. Maybe it is just a matter of your screen. Anyone else have this problem as well? If so, than I will try modyfy it a bit.
aderechelsea Posted May 12, 2007 Posted May 12, 2007 maybe Takamueda-san is turning colourblind? (Thinking in depth...) i can see them just fine.
Golynohana Posted May 13, 2007 Author Posted May 13, 2007 (edited) This seems to be the official SO/SQ thread, so I post it here. I see that some players in Seki-Oracle entered picks for one division only. Maybe the paging was confusing for them. Anyway, I added in Edit Profile page ("Page Size" field) a possibility to specify how many records you want to see on one page. If you enter 70, you will have all 70 rikishi on one page. Default is 42 and if you leave this option blank, you will still have 42 rikishi per one page, so makuuchi on page 1 and juryo on page 2. And one important thing to remember: by pressing "save" button you only save picks from current page. If you for example make makuuchi picks and then change page to go to page with juryo rikishi and you don't click"Save" button, the makuuchi selection won't be saved. Of course now the basho has started, so you will be able to check it in 2 months. Edited May 13, 2007 by Golynohana
Golynohana Posted May 13, 2007 Author Posted May 13, 2007 (edited) Just added mail confirmation for Seki-Quad picks. Please check how it works for you. (Works only on entry form 1, but soon will be working on both) EDIT: works on both now. (should be working at least...) (Another year older...) Edited May 13, 2007 by Golynohana

I have a feeling we'll continue to get players who submit only one division, if the split view remains the default setting. Any chance you will consider switching the default to the full view?
Golynohana Posted May 15, 2007 Author Posted May 15, 2007 (edited) You are right. I will set the default value to full view. EDIT: Done Edited May 15, 2007 by Golynohana

Kofuji Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 day 14 results will be later today - at about 14:00 CET Very late to the party here, but better late than never ... How are you doing the stats?? Can we schedule them on the server? or piggyback on the rest of the sumogames stats grabber and have them do a cross-database SQL insert/update?? Shouldn't have to depend on someone hitting a button. Warm regards, Kofuji
Golynohana Posted May 26, 2007 Author Posted May 26, 2007 This is first thing on my "to do" list. Hopefully it will be all automated for the next basho.
