Fay Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 (edited) A day where my japanese friend and I fell into a little depression, Kakuryu got his MK and Kaio lost to Asashoryu. When we walked out the KK we had to wait because the Tenno had to get out first. There was an unbelievable crowd, everybody was pressing and pushing and so they pushed us first into Dejimas back. He laughed out loudly, we all tried to escape the crowd and were hit by Tokitenku from behind. This was so funny that we came over our depression, I'm thinking Kakuryu must learn to bear some MK, my friend saying to herself, well Kaio still might get it, so tomorrow is another day ... and here are the pics from today: First of all for all fan's of him SUGISHITA, today 0-6. and a short time later, the lost son came back to make his first win in this Hatsu Basho !!!! KOSEKI ganbareeeeeeeeeee (Sign of approval...), and as already is written in the new testament, the father will have more pleasure about the lost one than about the ones who remained bravely .... I never could believe this and I still can't in Kosekis case (Sign of approval...) Shimpan ... former Mitoizumi, Musoyama a little accident took place in the KK today, someone fell and bleeded, Izutsu Oyakata is looking there and he was the only one of the officials to take care by telling the yobidashi to call for some medical treatment Gagamaru Mokonami Daiyubu Mokonami some salt throws Koryu Wakanosato Hakuba Satoyama And because the tenno was there, we had a different Dohyo-Iri today, every rikishi was announced and made his bow aaaaaaaaaaaaah the yokozuna is looking at me .... and is this a smile ????? My daily Kotoshogiku, Kotomitsuki and Tokitenku ;-) Edited January 19, 2007 by Fay
aderechelsea Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 nice abstract art from Hakuho. I wonder who gave him that kesho. a lot of new kesho btw ....
Fay Posted January 19, 2007 Author Posted January 19, 2007 You should make the shutter speed three clicks faster and zoom out just a little. That way you can get better salt photos. Get rid the backs of people's heads by lifting the camera. The faster shutter speed and weight of the camera will help avoid blur. If the pictures are a little darker beacause of the speed that's fine too as the rikishi will stand out better against a dark background. Just some criticism to give you more nostalgic feelings (Sign of approval...) Yes that's what I need I think (Sign of approval...) ;-)
Manekineko Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Aww... He looks worried he'll embarrass himself and oyakata in front of the Emperor. (Sign of approval...)
Gacktoh Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Fay-san Thank you everyday. (Clapping wildly...) (Blushing...) nice abstract art from Hakuho. I wonder who gave him that kesho. a lot of new kesho btw .... Yokohama-kouenkai gave this kesho-mawashi to Hakuho last year. That kouenkai started last April.
Chiyomaru Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Thanks again for sharing this nice pictures! (Clapping wildly...)
kaiguma Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 a lot of new kesho btw .... I could be way off on this, but . . . I think you might be seeing a whole lot of old mawashi, brought out of the closet to please the biggest sponsors on "tenno day." I especially thought so of the ozeki anyway.
