Tagonoura, former Kushimaumi. A fantastic guest commentator with a great voice, and clear articulate analysis. Unfortunately, I've only heard him during Juryo matches. Hopefully he'll get a shot at the Makuuchi bouts some day.

Edit: You may know him from being the recipient of a KO-harite at tachiai by Kyokudozan in a clip that's on youtube, and has been posted here a couple times before.
