on day 1 it was from the start of Juryo (maybe even a few makushita).

on day 2 it was from the Kaiho match and onwards

on day 3 i think it was only 2 juryo bouts .

days 4 and 5 only the last match.

the numbers are decreasing dangerously .... (I am not worthy...)

The NSK stream is an internet accessible live access to the matches. You need a broadband level access to the internet to get it (a dial up connection won't work). NSK activates its coverage on the link at about 3:45 PM JST, usually sometime during the last three matches of Juryo. To get to it, you need Windows Media Player 10 or earlier on your system (WMP11 does not work) or some other programs mentioned here. To access the link, select the "(Stream)" link at the top of the SumoForum page.

There are a limited number of slots available to access the stream, and they are used up quickly. If you wait until 4:00 PM JST to get on the link, you may not make it. Enjoy the show!

And Welcome to the forum.

since you mentioned it .....

i can get very easy in the stream lately. And i mean VERY easy.

yesterday i was "kicked out" 3 matches before the end and managed to get back in and watch the Asashoryu bout. This would never happen in the past.

I had a bit more trouble on Day 4 when I was knocked out around nakairi, but ~20 connection attempts to get back in was certainly much better than before.

I'm annoyed that I can't get the scheduling feature of WM Recorder to work though, unless I set it to a starting time that I know the stream is already active at. (So no "just let it keep trying every minute from 2pm"...I miss Streambox, grumble.)

That's because the slots usually occupied by Estonians are free now. ;-)

(no offense - all in good humour)

to tell you the truth i've thought of that too ... :-(

i always did get the feeling that if you cannot get into the stream, you have more chances after Takamisakari's or Baruto's matches. It may have been a coincidence but i had used this "statistic" a few times to my benefit ....

Well well.. Considering there are less than a million Estonians on the whole planet, comments like this make me feel like I'm part of some HUGE nation, so no offense taken :-(

I don't know about other Estonians but I continue to watch even without Baruto though..
