Welcome to another round of Banzuke Surfing (2nd Wave).

The PC that I'm currently writing on cannot read Excel files, and my laptop with those Excel files can neither communicate with the PC nor get Internet access, so as for now I have to type in everything manually. Sorry for the crappy format, it will be improved this weekend.
