Honestly, the boring Goeido would be a different animal not having to face Hakuho, two more yokozunas and Kisenosato. Heck, even a younger Takayasu would have snatched a few Yusho.

What a time to be a young Maegashira. Not so long ago one would have to face Hakuho, Harumafuji and Kakuryu, plus Goeido and Kisenosato as very respectable Ozeki unlike the ones currently handing out wins east and west.
