Nasty indeed! I was also hoping to see at least one of the epic (and angry) bouts between Chiyotaikai and Asashoryu included in that compilation... I love the passion, but the Hakuho/Myogiryu bout posted by Inhashi just makes me hate Hakuho - it seemed less about passion and more of a cold-blooded intent to injure. (still, I can't stay mad at Hakuho)

Me too, Kyokutenho is a big man and a hard obstacle to pass. I got big points for picking Endo over Kyokutenho on day 11 in my office pool. My thinking was that Endo would be hungrier for the win at this point in his career. ENDOOOOOOOOOO!!! So glad to see some suspense building for the Yusho race. I'm with Kintamayama - great to see the top three ranked rikishi leading the way! I'm still a bit bummed out about Baruto though...

I for one am all for the massive salt throw - haven't seen a guy bringing that action to the dohyo for a while. With all the sand and gravel on the surface anyway I kind of doubt it has much of an impact on traction.
