Sasanishiki Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 This is a recent article from Woman's Day, and Australian magazine. It features Johnofuji and his weight loss over the past couple of years to become a better amateur sumo athlete. Enjoy and have a salad on me!
Ryukaze Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 (edited) I just have one question...whats a kilojoule? Edited October 3, 2006 by Ryukaze
Manekineko Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 I just have one question...whats a kilojoule? approx. 1/4th of a kilocalorie (usually written as simply a calorie in nutrition-related texts).
Jonosuke Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 Wow~~60 kg loss! Amazing but I wonder how long it took him to lose that much weight. His tips are all sensible like walking and watch what you eat but does he still do weight training? I know it's pretty difficult to maintain the weight after losing so much but I think doing it without any fad diet and probably having Takanohana oyakata discpline, John should have no trouble.
