Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in working on adding info about sumo wrestlers to wikipedia. There is already a decent article on sumo, but I would like to create and fix up individual wrestler pages.

I have attempted to create an infobox template:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Sumo_wrestler_infobox, but I am not very skillful with wikipedia. If some people would like to help me work on this template and then get up pages for makuuchi division wrestlers, I think it would be helpful in spreading info about sumo.

Looks very nice, but I would skip a "nickname" section...that kind of thing strikes me as way too subjective and personal for a Wikipedia entry.

Do you plan on updating these pages after each and every basho? If not, you may wish to add dates to the stats so there is a point of reference.
