NSK sued by a former Tozaikai member

Tozaikai are the brown jacket guys in Osaka, similar to the NSK ijiin in the Tamarikai for the Tokyo basho. They have the most expensive tamariseki at the dohyo, only by special invitation one can become a member, they have access to other very good seats and can invite people to the basho.

One former member on the 12th sued the NSK and the Tozaikai to restore his seat in the club, he had complained about injustice at the allotment of tickets and was expelled from the Tozaikai for that.
