Ganzohnesushi 547 Posted May 25 Final ISP results in Natsu '25 are in, Makuuchi average is > 8.3, i.e. for Banzuke making purposes one win has to be deducted. Thus a 8-7 record is handled as mk. At first glance it seems to be very crowded in the lower Maegashira ranks, so you may expect some overpromotions and partly a very lenient treatment for mk. Juryo average is > 7.9, i.e. with a 8-7 record the Banzuke rank more or less will be frozen. No need for special handling in Makushita.
