Sure, as long as they followed the normal order. But if they were going to mix it up, they'd switch Hoshoryu's opponent before they switched Koto's, right? 6. Gonoyama was next for Teru, Mitakeumi was next for Koto, and Waka was next for Nephew. The fact Keisho still had all those maegashira holes in his schedule above Ura no longer mattered. It sometimes works like that, but not most of the time. I'm not divulging any more information though about when to use that method.
