Athenayama 996 Posted May 12 With the monoii on Wakatakakage's bout it could have been a disastrous first day at Chain Game with half of the field already out. That said it didn't happen so I'm just saying "bla bla bla" things but I wanted to sart the topic.
Kaito 276 Posted May 12 Yeah, I was disappointed with how that bout panned out, but oh well. The day was a bit of a mixed bag for me, but I'm happy with Teru and Takakeisho's results. Hopefully they keep up the good work so I can win Oracle and UDH again.
Athenayama 996 Posted May 12 In Sumo Game scores are usually very close. Win is decided either in tie break, or by a tight difference 1 or 2 points, more rarely 3. That one below today, though ..... EJ3 Athenayama 1 - 0 6 - 1 details EJ6 Genya 0 - 1 And how about that one ?! Em46 Konyagayamada 1 - 0 7 - 1 details Wm35 Holginoshima 0 - 1

I called Teru and the 4 Ozeki last night and they all told me they were going to throw the match. For some reason i didn't trust Kirishima. My fault.

Bunch of us did. We have a saying in spanish that goes like: "the sorrow of many is a fool's consolation". I'll have to go with that. And you both sirs @Asashosakari and @Jakusotsu playing dirty on quad. Shame on you. Maintain some competitive integrity, for Homer's sake. Look what a real man can achieve.

I really was putting my faith in Tamashoho there, I imagined him jumping around weakly. Hakuoho only had to keep his cool as he always does and dispatch him easily, but if he can't even deal with this lower tier level of naughtiness, he'd be better taking some extra time off. Ganzohnesushi It's not smart. It's dirty. You must strive for perfection and not pick a loser knowingly. Everyone that does the 2 fusen + 2 rikishi fighting each other should be banished. Even the ones that on regular days pick 2 "sure" winners and two rikishi fighting each other. The cherry on top is besmerching the good name of Chiyoshoma, first of his name, highest ranked rikishi of his very famous heya. He's merely too quick for pebleian eyes to appreciate the smoothness, righteousness and straightness of his moves. Surely a stalwart of proper sumo fighting.

Picking two "sure" winners plus a Gambit on all 15 days, i.e. he never had four or no winners at all on a single day. And finishing KK in 6 of his 9 active basho with this strategy was not that bad.
