Had dozens of them around me on my 4 hour train ride to Stuttgart. A loss after 90+10 minutes is not what they deserved. Ganzohnesushi Surely the fans didn't deserve it but unfortunately the team definitely did. I watched all the game and it was tragic... Hungary didn't deserve it more but when you are afraid to play for the first 80 minutes, trying to "steal" the win in the last ten, this is usually what happens. Sorry Ryoshishokunin but I am trying to be honest ! It would have been Greece playing like that, I would have had the same comment. Which.. if that's the best report available isn't much. Anything up to a broken spine can still be 'stable'. And yes, the Scots seem to have tournament nerves/coaching/something. They looked much better tactically in qualifying.

Koorifuu 1,120 Posted June 24, 2024 A cancelled flight on Friday evening threw my weekend into disarray, so quite frankly setting my team for the 3rd round robin matches wasn't exactly my priority... ...but on the plus side, based on previous examples, the drone's not going to do worse than I would've.

It would be interesting to see how England would perform with a team manager like Ralf Rangnick. Just look what this guy achieved with formerly average Austria. They won their group vs. the bigwigs from France and Netherlands... Ok, Netherlands is rather bold than a bigwig I guess Southgate is toast after this tournament. No plan, no ideas, no strategy. To be honest, I did not expect them to perform that bad. On the other hand, we should not forget the similar bad perfomance by Italy in the group stage at WC'82. As soon as they survived the group they developed into a real monster team... But even in my wildest dreams I don't see England to undergo such a metamorphosis. I was mostly referring to their game against Brazil. The auriverde were two levels above any other team in that tournament and in that game it was just Rossi who made the difference.
