Hokuseiho Out- Hakuho Demoted - Miyagino-beya Closing
Hokuseiho has been accused of bullying several Miyagino-beya stablemates. The charges of bullying were brought to the Kyokai at the beginning of this year and an investigation has been ongoing. Hakuho faces a reprimand and demotion as Hokuseiho's supervisor. Hokuseiho is facing a suspension and there have even been calls for his intai. The fates of the two will be decided by the Kyokai on 2/23.

NSK: "Miyagino-kun, here's your new desk by the window with a nice view of the outside."
Miyagino: "Where are my underlings?"
NSK: "Well that's the good news, you don't have any!"
Miyagino: "Well then, what are my duties?"
NSK: "Even better news. You don't have any of those either! But here's a nice stack of newspapers to keep you busy."
Miyagino: "So I'm not fired then?"
NSK: "Fired? How could you think such a thing?! Now, we have a basho to prepare for, so why don't you go take a nice lunch break followed by a long afternoon nap, and we'll call you if we need you!"
