Ganzohnesushi 526 Posted December 4, 2023 (edited) Looking at the ISP results of Kyushu '23 I'm afraid I have to deduct one win in Makuuchi division for Banzuke making purposes. The average win rate for players ranked in Makuuchi was 8.6 wins while Juryo and upper Makushita players just managed 7.2 wins in average.
