Hey Visits and COVID Restrictions

Does anyone know if there are still restrictions on interacting with rikishi during a basho, or visiting a heya to watch asageiko before the basho? If these rules are still in place, as I suspect, does anyone know what the cutoff day is before the basho begins for making a visit?

They are probably already not in force, considering degeiko is back and there's plenty of press pics showing outsiders watching keiko, but any relevant cutoff would be prior to banzuke day.

Sumo Joann pointed out the typo in the title of this thread, but I don't think it's worth correcting. :)  I think it's a long shot, but I would like to watch asageiko again. Once was awesome, though, so if it doesn't work out, I know how fortunate I've already been.
