Asapedroryu's Comments: If all goes normal, I'll be scoring 8 goals! Poor Pitinosato :)

Yesterday I would have said:

I hope I could block some of this 8 goals, I think it will be something about a 3-1 for Asapedroryu

Now I say: If all goes "normal" this will be at least a draw or more likely a 1-0 for me :-P

The hopefully not sooooo poor Pitinosato

PS: And tomorrow everything is different again (Laughing...)

And the first scenario happened. Colombia won and we have no winner in the Mr Froggy - Bunbukuchagama game. Remember what I wrote before the start of the tournament? "Do not underestimate Colombia". Lucky Mr Froggy.

Ha-ha-ha, the power of human intellect managed to achieve a draw with a plush toy. Is he cute at least?

Surely, you don't consider the possibility of Portugal's loss to Vietnam seriously?

Well, I read somewhere that USA didn't have a sure win against Vietnam....

"Is it always so boring"   90% correct unfortunately (speaking about this World cup).

(In this world cup, so far) Teams with good technique and pretty nice to watch playing : Japan, Spain, Brazil, Haiti.

4 out of 32? Not a good ratio.

Philippines vs New Zealand was an exciting match, in my opinion.

I agree that Switzerland vs Norway could be a lot better.

"Exciting" doesn't always mean "good quality".

No, it doesn't.

Watching Switzerland - Norway. Is it always so boring or do they conspire to do their worst whenever I decide to watch a game?

But it does mean 'not boring'. - which is what I was responding to. ;-)

I had a choice to make. Either watch it or watch the Water Polo world cup quarter finals "Greece - Montenegro". Guess what did I choose? :-)

Oh, so did you think NZ were very unlucky to have that goal ruled out by VAR? Any previous Women's World Cup, it would have counted. ;-)

Offside is such a shitty rule. So many hearts were broken over the years because of it.

Let's not open this discussion please, offside is just a basic rule in Football and is important in tactics. Cancel offside and there's no football anymore as we know it.

I invite you to try it just for 5 minutes in a pool then you can laugh if you still can.... ;-)

Really? What does it mean to prevent? A striker parking a few meters away form the goal? This isn't 1930's Britain, you know.

This is just one part of it. Can't you see that abolishing this rule will change the game in a whole and most of all weaken it? I won't discuss it more, thanks.
