Degeiko ban lifted for a period

Degeiko will be allowed between June 6th and June 22nd, it was decided today. The details will be worked out between the Oyakatas. determining schedules and who will go where. A PCR test will be held before each session for those involved. No eating before degeiko will be allowed . Good start.
