Eikokurai 3,418 Posted July 6, 2021 Chinese people often have long strings of numbers as their emails or usernames. I guess it’s not much different to a phone number, but it seems so much easier to forget if you don’t use it for a while. This is worse though. Can it be real? Churaumi 682 Posted July 6, 2021 I wonder if this person's password is something like "Sumofan1999" or some such silliness. We've all put the wrong thing in the wrong line at some point.
Yamanashi 2,934 Posted July 6, 2021 If you decide to make a password on some browsers, you will get a message like "would you like to use an automatically generated password?" followed by a string very much like the one above. The trick is to have the system remember that password, so that no one else (including you!) could ever guess it.

Koorifuu 459 Posted July 11, 2021 I'm afraid the odds of their being bots are pretty high. Stay tuned - random scamming threads in 3... 2...

[The following is completely fictional] A person just DM'd me and said he's 32-yo, out of shape, and woke up last week with the burning desire to become a sekitori. He wants to know how to go about this, would he need to learn Japanese, and does it involve a lot of training. Also he wants to know if anyone wants to buy his book about watching Sumo on TV, and can he interview anyone? Edited July 11, 2021 by Yamanashi
