Octofinal matches - Day 2

Oranje the Chainbreaker!   (Censored...) (Bombabouttobeblown...) (Blowingupfuriously...)

chishafuwaku vs Ganzohnesushi

Ganzohnesushi's chain breaks in Slot #2.
With Portugal's loss, this match is over. A draw with 0 goals, and the extra time begins.

Atenzan vs Achiyama

Atenzan scores a goal, Achiyama is in shock (and not only him!! What the hell was that???).
This match is over for Achiyama. Atenzan's (R) team has a win in Slot #5.

No, definitely not unfair. You'd have to say Portugal deserved a draw after 90 minutes based on the last 20-25 minutes, but Belgium played a solid and spirited match against a very difficult opponent against whom they had not been able to win a single match since 1989!

Octofinal matches day 2.

Ojisan - Kuma-Koma :
Something big happened in S2. Belgium win and Netherlands loss broke the chain of Kuma-Koma while giving a possible goal to Ojisan. If Sweden win game is over and Ojisan will win. If they don't things could get more complicated. We'll know that only the  last day though. Till then tomorrow's games will give us a clearer picture.

  Ojisan H     Kuma-Koma A
1. Sweden R   - Sweden N
2. Belgium N W - Netherlands N L
3. Germany N   - Belgium N W
4. Italy N D - Spain N
5. Croatia N   - Croatia R
6. Denmark (S1) N W - Switzerland N

Jejima - Godango :
Belgium's win today for Godango broke Jejima's chain at S4 and a potential goal is there for the mighty "Hungarian" .  On the other hand it's Godango's chain which broke at S6 as Belgium was facing Portugal there.  Furthermore, the win of Denmark in S2 for Godango puts Jejima in delicate position. He'll probably need wins by Spain and England to stay alive also hoping that Sweden fails . Picture will be clearer tomorrow after the end of Spain's game already.

  Jejima H     Godango A
1. Italy N   - Italy N
2. Spain N   - Denmark N W
3. England R   - Sweden N
4. Wales N L - Belgium (S1) N W
5. Ukraine N   - England C
6. Belgium (S1) N W - Portugal N L
7. Switzerland N   - Switerland N
8. Croatia N   - Austria N D

Cup Octofinals Match 7:

Pitinosato 0:1 Djodjoyoshi
(Netherlands) (Poland)

Italy (S1) D 0:1 W Denmark
Netherlands ® L x:0 D Italy
Spain x: France
England x: Germany
Ukraine x: England (S1)
Croatia x: Switzerland ©
Austria © D x: L Wales
Switzerland x:

Karma is a b**ch - Pitinosato's fate is the same as his R-Team's: perfect group stage, knocked out in the octofinals.

Now we only need Djodjoyoshi scoring another goal for a perfect resemblance.

I hope he will score with Germany !!! (W00t,w00t,w00t...)

That's the KO-Round: One mistake and you are out (Wearingapaperbag...)

Saucer Quarterfinals, upper half of Tableau after Day 2 Octofinals:

image.png.e64c50c86c6deeb5cf2206c97f516f09.png

Still 0-0

Many will depend on France - Croatia

A french win or draw - and Shounokuni will win

A croation win - and Nekonishiki will take the 1-0 lead with his shadow goal on #2

Thus leaving Shouno's hopes on England

image.png.953b6ec5cd200bbde15f61d9bb6242bf.png

Still 0-0

Finngall needs a win of France, otherwise he will lose with his chain broken latest at slot #2

He also needs a german win, otherwise he will also lose

If France and Germany win, we will maybe see an extra time

You must feel proud with your (R) team, who slaughtered the Flying  Dutchmen. Good luck at the Cup 1/4 Finals!

Meh.... lucky Bleus. Rodriguez penalty kick was so weak that even Lloris could save it. And five minutes later it is 2-1 instead 0-2... Unbelievable.

Hopp Schwyz!

Cheering for France is a new for me, i was a baby in 98 but i still vividly remember in 06 when Henry scored with an amazing assist from Zidane to kick us out of the quarter finals, a 9 year old me cried and cursed the french until now.

What did you do during/after the Mineiraço in 2014?

Octofinal matches day 3.

First of all my apologies to those who read my earlier post which I deleted. I was mistaken.

Ojisan - Kuma-Koma :
The outcome is still pending on what the Swedish will do tomorrow. If they win so will Ojisan. Another result and things will get more complicated so we'll wait for tomorrow. I did enough mistakes for one day. ;-)

  Ojisan H     Kuma-Koma A     Goal H Ojisan Chain H   Goal A Kuma-Koma Chain A
1. Sweden R   - Sweden N       0   -   0
2. Belgium N W - Netherlands N L   1 1   -   0 x
3. Germany N   - Belgium N W     1   -   0
4. Italy N D - Spain N D     1   -   0
5. Croatia N D - Croatia R D     1   -   0
6. Denmark (S1) N W - Switzerland N D   1 2   -   0

Jejima - Godango :

Godango scored in S2 as Spain couldn't win in regular time. Jejima now relies on England (is it surprising?) to save the day and Godango on Sweden to confirm his potential win. Many thrills to come tomorrow!

  Jejima H     Godango A     Goal H Jejima Chain H   Goal A Godango Chain A
1. Italy N   - Italy N       0   -   0
2. Spain N D - Denmark N W     0   - 1 1
3. England R   - Sweden N       0   -   1
4. Wales N L - Belgium (S1) N W     0 x - 1 2
5. Ukraine N   - England C       0   -   2
6. Belgium (S1) N W - Portugal N L   1 1   -   2 x
7. Switzerland N   - Switerland N       1   -   2
8. Croatia N D - Austria N D     1   -   2
9.                   1   -   2

And it was the only assist from Zidane to Heny in all the games they played together!
