However it is a good number to help us bring in Natsu 2021. Who will be able to challenge for the top in May? To get into the top 10, you need 10 consecutive wins at this point. Let's see who stands where. WAKATAKE 1,882 Posted April 5 Kekka and Banzuke: 12 players competed in JWS Haru 2021, down from 15 players in Hatsu 2021. We had 1 player declare kosho, 1 player had entered but did not play, and 1 player was MIA. The total combined scores of everyone's streaks came out to 45. The KK line is determined by dividing the total combined scores by the number of players, which came out to 3.75. This is rounded up to the nearest whole number, which in this case is 4, so players that achieved a 4 win streak during this basho will have an 8-7 kekka score. Kekka scores are as below: 9 --> 13-2: Tameiki 4 --> 8-7: Achiyama, Fujisan, Athenayama, Flohru, Benihana, Gansekiiwa 3 --> 7-8: chishafuwaku, Gaijingai 2 --> 6-9: Akogyokuseki, Tenshinhan, WAKATAKE Kekka as shown on the Haru 2021 banzuke: Haru 2021 East Rank West Akogyokuseki (6-9) S Fujisan (8-7) chishafuwaku (7-8) S Athenayama (8-7) K wolfgangho (kosho) K Achiyama (8-7) Flohru (8-7) M1 WAKATAKE (6-9) Gaijingai (7-8) M2 Tameiki (13-2) Gansekiiwa (8-7) M3 Benihana (8-7) Tenshinhan (6-9) M4 Houmanumi (0-0-15) ScreechingOwl (0-0-15) M5 Kyoju (0-0-15) Banzuke for Natsu 2021 Natsu 2021 East Rank West Fujisan (8-7, J, S1W) S Athenayama (8-7, J, K1E) Tameiki (13-2, Y, M2W) S Achiyama (8-7, J, K2W) K wolfgangho (kosho, K1W) Flohru (8-7, J, M1E) K chishafuwaku (7-8, S2E) Akogyokuseki (6-9, S1E) M1 Gansekiiwa (8-7, J, M3E) Benihana (8-7, J, M3W) M2 Gaijingai (7-8, M2E) WAKATAKE (6-9, M1W) M3 Tenshinhan (6-9, M4E) Houmanumi (0-0-15, M4W) M4 ScreechingOwl (0-0-15, M5E) The ozeki run for @Akōgyokuseki has come to an unfortunate end as she could only manage a 7-8 for the basho. Hopefully she can try to start another run at some point. @chishafuwaku unfortunately also got makekoshi and does not return to ozeki. We hope that he can also try to mount another campaign sometime soon. @Fujisan is on ozeki watch after scoring a jun-yusho at sekiwake for this basho. A 10-5 or yusho/JY equivalent will put him on an ozeki run for Nagoya 2021. @wolfgangho was kosho for Haru 2021, we hope to see you for Natsu 2021. Kyoju has been kyujo for 3 consecutive basho and is now banzuke-gai. Hopefully he can come back to compete again. We also missed @ScreechingOwl and @Houmanumi, hopefully we can see you for Natsu 2021. Thank you to everyone for playing this game, it is encouraging at least to see that we are averaging above 10 players every basho. Please tell your friends about this game, if we can get to 20 players per basho this year I would be very happy. Until then, stay safe and healthy out there, and see you in Natsu 2021!
Athenayama 117 Posted April 5 Congrats to @Tameiki for an undisputed win this time ! Thanks @WAKATAKE for running the game. I wish I knew more people around me interested in sumo to make them join but unfortunately there aren't any.
