Itadaki is (again) preparing the Isenoumi-beya chanko, with the help of Kyonosato

I often scarf down a bowl or two of chanko in the basement of the Kokugikan, and never particularly recall which heya’s recipe it is after the fact. But it’s always good. Seems hard to go wrong with a tried and true recipe and competent people in the kitchen. Excellent value for 300 jpy.
