And again, Naruto is (one of) the frontrunner(s). With the exception of Haru 2019 AND 2020 always 50%+, and often top ten for the last 2 years. I think it speaks for Osh and his methods. Other shisho must be a little jealous of his progress.

The Kagamiyama nano-stable make the top four despite losing half of their manpower when Kagamio got injured.

With 10 bouts, every win is 10 percent. Compare to Sadogatake where 4 wins is barely 1 percent.

Yes I know but these two men, Ryusei and Kagamio have been alone in this stable for donkeys years. It's quite bizarre. Most rooms in that situation would have closed or merged with a bigger neighbour, but Kagamiyama just keeps trundling on.

Tagaryu is 3 years from retirement and Ryusei is his son, so they're probably just all carrying on till then. That's sort of the neatest stable death, in a sense.

Izutsu had just three rikishi for a few years (no newcomers stuck for more than a year); Kakuryu got tsukebito from other stables, IIRC.

Kotooshu has to be a happy man right now. Best overall record and Oshoryu with a KK. Here’s hoping they carry that momentum into 2021.

Kise well down that list overall, but good tournament for their 7 sekitori: kanto-sho for Shimanoumi, Akiseyama up to makuuchi, and Ura, Tokshoryu, Jokoryu, and Churanoumi KK. Only Hidenoumi had a losing record, and that was a 7-8.

And with Gagamaru's retirement, they have the foreigner slot open. It'll be a merry post-basho party to give Gaga a proper send-off, and then to celebrate all the KKs.

I read somewhere that Gagamaru was intending to stay in Japan and continue to be involved in sumo somehow. Anyone can confirm or deny this?

I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with this guy, given the Kise love of university rikishi and the shisho's Nihon University background. He has a Sd100TD qualification, which made me notice that despite currently having 7 sekitori from collegiate backgrounds, not one of them started at an advanced rank. I'm not sure if that's random or if the stable has a bias against 'shortcutters'.

The other top foreigner in college, and recently crowned student yokozuna with an Ms15TD qualification, is a Mongolian from Nittaidai, which Naruto has a bit of an association with (he did sports science studies there, has donated food to the sumo club and guest coached there, plus recruited a few Nittaidai grads already). It would be a good addition, not only because the guy would be a serious prospect, but also because it could give Oshoryu a boost by providing a keiko partner closer to his level.

I'd be surprised if neither of these guys turned pro with one of those stables...

Naruto should have another Makushita rikishi next basho: Anzai, 6-1 at Sd24.  In addition, likely 5 new Sandanme.  And since two members are Bg, the ratio of KK for those participating was actually 10/13 (77%).  This will be hard to beat in January.
