Yokozuna Asashoryu is out since Day 10

 

After Day 12, six rikishis lead the Yusho race with 9 wins : three Ozekis (Kaio, Chiyotaikai and Musoyama) and three Maegashiras (Miyabiyama, Tosanoumi and Tokitsuumi).

After Day 14, Ozeki Kaio and Ozeki Chiyotaikai lead the Yusho race with 11 wins. 

Today Kaio vs. Chiyotaikai... The winner of the fight will win his fourth Emperor's Cup.

Thanks for sharing these videos. I wasn’t a sumo fan then, so this is all brand new for me. 
 

I’m surprised the videos are from Eurosport. Is Sumo still available on Eurosport?

No more Sumo on Eurosport since Sarkozy was elected President of France in 2007 (he hates Sumo... and Sumo = Chirac)

We could follow Sumo on Eurosport from 1995 (?) and 2007
